ROLE SUMMARY

To drive growth in the Supply Chain Finance business through acquisition and onboarding of Anchor corporates, enabling scalable vendor/dealer financing programs and building a high-quality, profitable portfolio.

ORGANIZATIONAL CHART

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
- Formulate and execute the go-to-market strategy for the SCF division. Own the regional/national AUM and disbursement targets, ensuring optimized acquisition costs and overall business profitability.

Income Generation & P&L; Management
- Overall P&L; health, fee income generation, and maintenance of high-quality portfolio metrics.

Relationship Management




- Act as a single point of contact during onboarding and initial ramp-up phase. Drive engagement to ensure long-term scalability of programs. Develop and manage solid relationships with onboarded Anchors

Program Implementation
- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, Portfolio, Product, and Technology teams. Ensure timely completion of documentation, approvals, and program go-live. Support onboarding of vendor/dealer ecosystem under each Anchor

Portfolio Build & Monitoring
- Drive utilization and disbursement under onboarded programs. Monitor onboarding funnel, activation levels, and early portfolio performance. Ensure portfolio quality in line with defined risk and profitability metrics .

AUM & Disbursement Handling
- Maintaining 50 Cr AUM. 200 Cr disbursement to be maintained yearly. Onboarding of 10 anchors with Tier 1 and Tier 2

Portfolio Risk & Quality Oversight:
- Ensure overarching portfolio quality strictly aligns with defined commercial bureau
