To strengthen our HR team in Pune, we are looking for a Regional Compensation & Advantages Manager (Asia).

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing and strengthening Compensation & Benefits across Asia, covering Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam), Japan, South Korea, India and Australia, by ensuring programs, processes and practices are market-relevant, compliant, performance-oriented and aligned with global reward principles

As part of the Global CoE Compensation and Benefits, you will act as the regional C&B; subject matter expert, providing practical advice,



market insights and governance support to country HR, business leaders and relevant stakeholders across the region.

This role plays a key role in shaping and leading C&B-related; change by developing and implementing reward concepts, frameworks, governance models, systems, job architecture initiatives and process improvements across countries and entities, with alignment to regional and global C&B; priorities.
