What’s the role?
The Program Operations Specialist will support all Program Operations functions.
This position is a part of a fast-paced operations team that manages program calculations and payment fulfillment. Team members will serve as subject matter experts and will provide high-quality service to our clients.
You must be able to look at the big picture from both business and technology perspective, possess strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
In this role, you will..
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Create and test program calculations in the program calculation tool.
- Assist Quality Assurance Engineers with calculation testing.
- Perform basic SQL queries.
- Assist with testing supplemental payment materials, like checks and payment statements.
- Assist with client facing portal configurations.
- Triage and respond to or assign tier 2 customer support requests related to Program Operations.
- Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.



May include client/solution onboarding, as well as recent feature deployments impacting AGDATA’s program operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Our ideal candidate will have…
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of at least 3 years working with data
- MS Excel experience, specifically intermediate Excel skills like VLOOKUP, pivot tables
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Basic or intermediate experience of SQL
- Understanding of and adherence to industry best practices
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Can establish project requirements and communicate them clearly and effectively.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions and thrive in a team environment
- Experience with JIRA and Agile practices is highly desired
