Job Description

Job Summary:
This is a critical operational leadership position responsible for ensuring the continuous, effective, and safe operation of all mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems within the desalination plant.
This role exists to:
- Oversee and coordinate all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize plant uptime and production capacity.
- Lead Maintenance team
- Safety and compliance




- Technical Problem solving - Diagnose complex equipment failure, implement solutions
- Document & Reporting
- Vendor, customer and Contract management
- Develop & manage maintenance budget

Essential Responsibilities / Expectations:
1. Team leadership & supervision: Supervise and direct the work of maintenance personnel, including operators, technicians, and contractors.
2. Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of equipment (Twin lobe Blowers, centrifugal, reciprocating, multi stage, positive metering pumps, compressors etc), maintain equipment breakdown history along with spares replacement records.
3. Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to equipment breakdown and emergency calls, Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues.
4. Safety & Compliance management: Safety briefings and toolbox talk with team, safety audits and inspections of maintenance work area. work permit, PPE,
