Job Summary
The Site Merchandiser owns the day-to-day commercial face of the Bran's digital storefronts. As part of a brands online, the role plans, executes, and optimizes all merchandising activities across the brands' .com and app surfaces – building the storefront experience from the ground up. It requires expertise in CMS management, digital merchandising, campaign execution, and conversion optimization, together with the premium brand sensibility these two labels demand, to deliver a seamless, aspirational shopping journey that supports full-price sell-through and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Website Merchandising & CMS Management
- Own end-to-end website and app merchandising across the brands' .com
- Conceptualize and execute merchandising strategies on the Shopify Plus storefronts, building the merchandising setup for two new premium brands from launch.
- Manage homepage, category pages, PLPs, PDPs, landing pages, and navigation to deliver a premium, aspirational customer experience and robust product discoverability for each brand.
- Ensure timely product launches,



seasonal collections, promotional updates, and assortment visibility for brands.
- Optimize product categorization, sorting, filters, search merchandising, and recommendation placements.
- Perform regular website audits to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and merchandising consistency across the brands, keeping each brand's distinct identity intact.

Campaign & Operations Management
- Own the merchandising execution of brand campaigns, seasonal events, and product launches.
- Drive operational KPIs including:
- Timely page refreshes and homepage updates.
- Banner refreshes based on marketing and business calendars.
- Seamless execution of new campaign go-lives.
- Coordination with creative, technology, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
