Job Overview:
The Sr. Analyst, People Systems (Workday) is an experienced HR technology professional with deep expertise in Workday Extend development and integrations architecture. This role is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable solutions that extend Workday capabilities and enable seamless data exchange across enterprise systems. The Sr. Analyst serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and technical teams,



translating complex requirements into innovative Extend applications and robust integration frameworks. This role requires solid technical depth, solution architecture skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functional and technical domains. The individual will also mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement within the People Systems function.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical leader within the People Systems team, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Workday Extend Development & Innovation
- Design, develop, deploy, and enhance Workday Extend applications, translating business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions while establishing development standards, reusable components, and governance.

Integrations Architecture & Delivery
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday integrations across HR, Finance, and third-party systems, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and effective integration strategies
