We’re looking for someone who can provide administration support against defined procedures with some discretion over priorities of workload. Someone who undertakes a range of administrative activities and resolves queries for internal/external clients.

Fixed-term Contract (6 months)
The role
- Support the Pre-Contract EMEA team in meeting business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Global TSO.
- Prioritise and process documentation, data, and information in line with local business requirements and agreed deadlines.
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing in accordance with defined procedures and quality standards.
- Respond to queries promptly and build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support team members as required to facilitate effective knowledge sharing, transfer, and application.
- Perform all activities in compliance with internal procedures, contractual requirements, cost structures, and budget constraints.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and wider business, as required.
- Identify and assess risks, working safely at all times and adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Promptly report all incidents, including near misses, safety observations, accidents, and injuries, and escalate any health and safety concerns to the line manager.
What you bring
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft packages; Excel, Word & Outlook (as a minimum).
- Good interpersonal and team working skills.
- Knowledge of SAP, particularly Business ByDesign, nice to have but not mandatory
- Proficiency in the English Lang
