Job Description
• Supervise and mentor a team of application support specialists
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in resolving complex issues
• Develop and implement best practices for application support processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance
• Manage escalated user issues and ensure timely resolution
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for team members
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance application support services.
