The Digital Atlassian & Miro Administrator is a core member of the Digital Program Management Office (PMO). In this hybrid role, acting as the Platform Owner for both the Atlassian suite and Miro product, you will focus on execution of operational workflows and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability and user adoption across platforms. This role will work in close collaboration with the Digital and NPI PMO teams to establish standard methodology processes and promote standard Scaled Agile practices. The ideal candidate is a self-starter,



critical thinker, and has robust leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Atlassian Administration:
- Configure, implement, and customize Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, add-ins, etc.) to meet business needs.
- Manage user access, permissions, and security settings.
- Provide recommendations for annual contract management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including debugging and QA-related problems.
- Apply Rovo AI to workflows as applicable to improve end user efficiency.
- Execute metrics and KPI tracking in Atlassian tools defined by PMO. Create and distribute metrics and Key Performance Indicators for the Digital and NPI Portfolios.
- Partner with the PMO and Leaders to prepare for Monthly Business/Operating Reviews.
- Support Release Train Engineer to prepare for and conduct PI Planning events.
