Your role at a glance
The Senior Manager Solution Engineering provides managerial, oversight and tactical direction to India region Solution Engineering, responsible for developing and delivering creative and effective solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. This role is technical and managerial, specifically focused on helping close neocloud, enterprise, and retail business via data center and wholesale product knowledge, presentation, solution design, quoting, and leading tours of the NTT GDC facilities. While the role is focused on neocloud/enterprise customers,



occasional support for closing hyperscale deals will be required. Solutions are win-win focused to maximize NTT GDC and customer’s value. The Senior Manager India region Solution Engineering will ensure the highest standards of technical excellence and customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the organization. This role requires a tactical and technical oriented thinker with a deep understanding of data center infrastructure including electrical, mechanical, liquid cooling, telecom/fiber, security (MEP/T) technologies and neoloud/enterprise customer requirements. The candidate shall be capable to manage a diverse team of engineers and work collaboratively across various departments.
