As a Program / Project Manager - Vice President within the Financial Crime Global Governance, Policy and Transformation Team, you will lead cross-functional regulatory change programs within our First Line of Defence (1LOD) Know Your Customer (KYC) department.

Your strong leadership skills will be essential in driving the end-to-end management of a complex programs, from strategic planning and execution to stakeholder management and reporting

This role will suit someone with proven delivery experience across complex, multi-stakeholder programmes. You will ideally have experience in a regulated, policy-driven,



or government environment and will also assume a leadership position with the management of junior project managers based in location that will be responsible for project implementation of Global Programs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of regulatory program / projects. This involves defining the program scope, objectives, and key deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Partner with various senior internal stakeholders across different lines of business (LOBs), including Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Business Units, to ensure seamless program delivery. You'll act as the central point of contact for all program-related activities.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring that all program activities are in line with risk appetite and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement controls to manage and monitor these risks effectively.
