Job Description Summary
At Power, the Sourcing DT team is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Product Manager to lead the Jaggaer (SourceGate+) platform and drive strategic sourcing transformation initiatives. This role owns the technical product strategy, roadmap, and backlog execution for Jaggaer Strategic Sourcing capabilities, including RFQ management and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), while ensuring seamless delivery across multiple interdependent initiatives. The role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex sourcing requirements into scalable, compliant, and high-quality platform solutions. Beyond the core Jaggaer suite, this role will be responsible for managing, and supporting other sourcing tools & solutions, ensuring that the end-to-end (E2E) sourcing process remains cohesive across all platforms.

What You’ll Do:
- Own the Jaggaer (SourceGate+) technical product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Strategic Sourcing capabilities, including RFQ and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) modules.
- Provide end-to-end product ownership for the Jaggaer platform, including program delivery, requirements management, and governance from an operations perspective.
- Support upport other Sourcing applications
- Partner with business process owners and functional leaders to define current and future sourcing processes, data models, workflows, and platform configurations.
- Translate sourcing business objectives into explicit technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria within the Jaggaer ecosystem.
