Role Overview
- As a Relationship Manager (RM), you will be an integral member of a client relationship team, working directly under a Wealth Manager.



This role is designed as a launchpad for future Wealth Managers - giving you hands-on exposure to client management, financial planning, investment products, and personalized service, all within a structured learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement
- Build and deepen relationships with new clients and onboard them onto the wealth management book.
- Understand client goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences to deliver personalized advice.
- Regularly review portfolios and recommend rebalancing, upgrades, or current strategies in line with their financial journey.
- Prepare client briefs, review notes for ongoing reviews and meetings.
- Ensure timely communication and updates to clients on key portfolio actions or changes.
- Get leads and references from clients and increase wallet share with them.
- Collaborate with internal teams (investment, operations, compliance) to fulfill client needs.
