As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the leadership team, ensuring alignment between business priorities and operational outcomes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, improve organizational processes, support business planning, and help accelerate growth by driving execution across strategy, operations, and GTM programs.

- Partner with executive leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategic business initiatives.

- Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) planning, execution, and optimization initiatives for current products, services, and market expansion.
- Coordinate strategic projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
