Mandatory Requirements
- Extensive hands-on Playwright experience from production projects.
- Strong TypeScript expertise.
- Experience designing, enhancing, or maintaining Playwright frameworks.
- Experience supporting multiple teams using a shared automation framework.
- Robust understanding of framework scalability, maintainability, and reusability.
- Experience conducting code reviews and technical design reviews.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- 8–12 years of overall testing and automation experience.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Playwright experience in production environments.
- Experience designing, enhancing, or owning Playwright automation frameworks.
- Experience supporting multiple teams using a common framework.
- Experience reviewing framework architecture and implementation standards.
- Own the technical architecture of the Playwright framework.
- Define framework standards, implementation guidelines,



and coding practices.
- Design reusable framework components for adoption across multiple teams.
- Review and approve framework-level changes.
- Support teams in resolving complex automation and framework-related issues.
- Conduct technical reviews and framework assessments.
- Mentor Playwright Designers and Automation Engineers.
- Ensure framework documentation and standards remain current.
