As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will own the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and solution positioning to contract negotiations and deal closure. Working closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams, you will engage senior decision-makers, understand customer requirements, and position innovative software solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Requirements




Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target enterprise accounts.
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, including lead generation, customer presentations, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, operations executives, and other key decision-makers.
- Develop a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Understand customer business challenges and recommend tailored enterprise software solutions through a consultative sales approach.
