Position Summary:
The Finance Shared Services Leader will provide ongoing leadership for the Accounting and Cash Application teams at the finance shared services center based in Bangalore, India to complement its existing service centers.
The Bangalore location is the global hub of a network of service centers that operate under generally standard processes and procedures and utilize Oracle’s ERP software solution.
The position will require significant process expertise related to shared service center operations. The process streams to be supported will be:
- AR Cash application & collection support activity
- Fixed asset & Cash accounting
- Intercompany accounting
- Expense accounting (S,G&A;)
The position will require extensive and effective communication across functions and with senior financial management, including the Chief Accounting Officer and financial personnel in our business lines and global operations.
