Job Summary:
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex R&D; (Product & Engineering) programs and initiatives. This role drives R&D; analytics and data-informed decision-making,



establishes and maintains program and process governance frameworks across the R&D; organization, and ensures cross-functional alignment on priorities and outcomes. The Senior Program Manager partners closely with R&D; leadership, product, engineering, and other stakeholders to define requirements, track performance metrics, and communicate insights through clear, data-driven presentations and reporting.
