Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Content Review to lead large-scale operations in a high-volume, quick-paced content moderation environment. The role demands strong strategic leadership, client management,



and operational excellence while managing multiple teams and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to content moderation operations
- Manage end-to-end delivery including Accuracy, AHT, SLAs, Attrition, and Shrinkage
- Lead and mentor Team Leaders and mid-level managers, ensuring high performance
- Build and maintain solid client relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Drive revenue attainment, profitability, and business growth opportunities
- Identify process improvement and optimization initiatives to scale operations
- Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and governance frameworks
- Lead workforce planning, capability development, and employee engagement initiatives
