Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Program Manager - Institute Partnership to build and strengthen partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new institutes, managing existing partnerships, driving student engagement initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of collaborative programs.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure end-to-end operational compliance with institute agreements, academic policies, regulatory requirements, and internal processes.

Act as the single point of contact for issue resolution, managing student, faculty,



and institute complaints within defined SLAs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institute leadership, faculty, program coordinators, and internal cross-functional teams.

Coordinate program delivery, academic calendars, assessments, certifications, and learner lifecycle activities.

Monitor service quality, operational KPIs, and partner satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.

Conduct regular governance reviews with partner institutes and share performance dashboards and action plans.

Identify operational risks proactively and implement preventive and corrective actions.

Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Academics, Student Success, Product, Finance, and Technology teams for successful program execution.

Maintain accurate documentation, audit readiness, and MIS reporting for all partner institutions.
