Job Description: Female Business Development Team Lead

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

Salary Details: 30k-35k (negotiable for extraordinary
people) + performance-based incentive + commotion for team performance

Role Summary

The organization is looking for an experienced and
target-driven Female Business Development Team Lead to manage the business
development team while actively contributing to customer acquisition and
revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills,
extensive B2B sales experience, and excellent negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership
- Lead,
train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Establish
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct
performance evaluations and provide guidance.

Sales Management
- Generate
business opportunities through multiple channels.




- Build
and maintain relationships with customers.
- Conduct
negotiations and close sales opportunities.
- Review
sales pipelines and improve conversion rates.

Customer Relationship Management
- Handle
high-value customer accounts.
- Resolve
escalated customer concerns.
- Identify
opportunities for repeat business.

Reporting and Coordination
- Monitor
sales performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate
with operations, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related
discipline.
- Experience:
3–5 years in business development and B2B sales, including team management
experience.
