Requirements:
- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS or equivalent).
- Fellowship or advanced training in Gastrointestinal Surgery or Minimally Invasive Surgery (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification surgical experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Valid and active registration with the Medical Council of India (or relevant state medical council).
- Proven expertise in performing laparoscopic and open GI surgical procedures.
- Robust understanding of oncological principles and management of GI malignancies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and surgical documentation platforms.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and emergency surgical coverage as required.
