Job Purpose
ICE Mortgage Technology is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our Data & Document Automation platform. This role is responsible for identifying customer and business needs, translating them into clear product requirements, and partnering closely with Engineering, QA, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong product execution skills with a technical mindset, enabling them to manage product backlogs, define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive successful product outcomes in an Agile workplace. This individual will play a key role in building scalable, data-driven solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, pain points, and product opportunities.
- Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories,



and acceptance criteria.
- Define product vision, roadmap priorities, and success metrics aligned with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and strategic alignment.
- Leverage customer feedback, market insights, and operational data to inform product decisions.
- Drive product delivery through Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, and UX throughout the product lifecycle to balance technical feasibility, scalability, compliance, and user requirements.
- Partner with technical teams to understand system architecture, data flows, and integration patterns.
- Support go-to-market, client-facing, and operational teams with product expertise when required.
