We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and HR administration while offering an opportunity to learn HR best practices in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain candidate communication.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with HR documentation, letters, and reports.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness activities.
- Help maintain HR databases and trackers.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and HR administrative tasks.
- Stay updated on HR policies and support compliance-related activities.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.





Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative workplace.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals.
- Basic knowledge of HRMS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to learning.
