Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

As the PEL - K2 Platform, you will be a key driver in ensuring the successful delivery of project milestones in alignment with strategic product development initiatives within the Farm Division. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with platform Platform Engineering Lead (PEL) to guarantee the timely release of design documentation and the successful completion of associated builds.
- Coordinating with Project Product Leads (PPLs) and suppliers to ensure adherence to Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) within designated project timelines.
- Partnering with plant teams to proactively identify and resolve Open Root Cause (ORC) issues, ensuring that builds meet required quality and performance standards.
- Liaising effectively with quality assurance teams to fulfill gateway deliverables, ensuring all project checkpoints are rigorously met.
- Driving continuous improvement by providing feedback on design and build processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.




- Facilitating cross-functional communication and collaboration to harmonise engineering efforts with production and quality objectives.

Your role will be pivotal in translating strategic product roadmaps into tangible outcomes, fostering teamwork across departments to meet deadlines and exceed quality standards.

Experience

We are seeking professionals with 7 to 10 years of comprehensive experience in product engineering within the off-highway vehicle domain. Ideal candidates will have substantial expertise in managing complex projects related to agricultural machinery, construction equipment, or harvesting systems.
