- Monitor and improve Accuracy, SLA, Productivity, Attrition, and Shrinkage.
- Analyze data, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.
- Develop team capability through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Ensure high-quality delivery while managing stakeholder expectations.
