ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a detail-oriented Outreach Specialist to own signal-based demand generation at Chronus. You'll keep outreach campaigns running daily — reviewing, fact-checking, and sending personalized emails to the right prospects at the right time, using buying signals to make every touch relevant.

Your north star: booked meetings, passed cleanly to our Account Executives.

You'll work with an advanced outreach tech stack — including tools like UserGems, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo — and own the quality and performance of everything that goes out.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Daily Outreach Execution: Review and send outreach emails to prospects each day, ensuring volume targets are consistently met.
- Proofreading & QA: Carefully proofread every email before sending — checking tone, grammar,



and personalization accuracy.
- Data Accuracy Checks: Verify that prospect details (name, company, role, trigger event) are correct before any email goes out.
- Program Development: Identify opportunities to build new outbound programs and sequences within UserGems and other tools.
- Meeting Booking: Own the outcome of booked meetings and ensure qualified leads are handed off cleanly to Account Executives.
- Reporting & Optimization: Track outreach and campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, meeting conversions) and surface insights to improve results over time.

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE
- Experience with outreach or email-based demand gen tools (UserGems, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar)
- An obsessive eye for detail — you catch the wrong name, wrong title, or stale job change before it ships
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills
- Comfort working within a defined
