Job Title
Executive - StoreJob Description
The Executive – Stores is responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, including receiving, storing,



and dispensing materials as per SOP and cGMP guidelines. The role involves preparing GRNs, quarantine labels, and stock register entries, coordinating with QC for sampling and retesting, and maintaining daily records such as area cleaning, temperature/RH, and balance verification. The Executive also handles QMS documentation (Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, OOS) and ensures protected material handling while coordinating with staff for smooth store functioning.
- Receiving of materials & filling the checklist of received materials as per SOP
- Storing the materials as per their storage condition at designated place
- Taking Inward entry & Preparing GRN of received materials & sending it to QC Dept. for sampling & analysis.
- Preparing quarantine label & getting it pasted to each container by the worker
- Updating stock register with the receipt and issuance entry
- Updating daily records like area cleaning. Temp & Rh, balance verification
