As part of your role as Project Manager, you'll ensure that our largest and most complex projects are delivered according to the project plan, issues are tracked and escalated in a timely manner and ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can lead multi-stream data and AI projects, manage senior stakeholders, and drive outcomes across technical and business domains. You’ll be joining a collaborative, delivery-focused team that values transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing...

You’ll play a central role in delivering high-impact data and AI projects across multiple clients and workstreams. You’ll work closely with technical teams, client stakeholders, and internal leadership to drive outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Owning and maintaining overall project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation

Leading fortnightly governance meetings to communicate progress, blockers, manage scope/cost changes, and obtain key decisions

Monitoring project budgets and providing accurate run-rate analysis with the Snap Delivery Lead

Managing risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation

Coordinating with Architects, Data Engineers, AI specialists, and Data Visualisation teams, acting as their escalation point
