Role Purpose
The Program Manager – Growth Programs drives the planning, governance and execution of strategic growth and transformation initiatives across digital and physical channels. The role partners with Business, Product, Technology, CRM, Analytics, Operations, Marketing and the Branch Network to ensure disciplined execution, governance and performance tracking of enterprise-wide initiatives. It combines program management, analytics and stakeholder management to deliver measurable business outcomes and customer impact while serving as a talent pipeline into Program Management and Product Operations leadership.
Key Accountabilities
Program Planning & Governance
• Support end-to-end planning and execution of strategic growth programs.
• Develop implementation plans, milestones, governance frameworks and execution trackers.
• Monitor progress, manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) logs and drive timely closure of action items.
• Coordinate pilot launches, phased rollouts and post-implementation reviews. Cross-functional Delivery & Business Transformation




• Partner with Business, Product, Technology, CRM, Analytics, Operations, Marketing and Branch teams to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Facilitate governance forums and execution reviews. Business Performance & Insights
• Track program KPIs and OKRs.
• Perform analytical deep-dives to identify opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
• Present actionable insights to leadership. MIS, Dashboarding & Reporting
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards and management reports.
• Improve reporting quality through automation and standardisation. Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve execution efficiency.
Support design and rollout of recent growth initiatives and operating practices.
