Job Purpose:
The Software Technical Leader is responsible for technically leading in the design, development, and delivery of low‑level (LLD), External device driver (EDD), and ECU/IO hardware abstraction software for safety‑critical automotive ECUs. This role operates at the hardware–software interface, driving robust and high‑quality implementations of automotive SW. The position works closely with global hardware, systems, BSW, validation, and application software teams to clarify requirements, influence technical decisions, and ensure timely delivery aligned with customer and project commitments. The role combines hands‑on technical contribution with mentoring engineers, ensuring reusable, scalable, reliable,



and production‑ready embedded software solutions for next‑generation automotive projects and platforms.

Key Responsibility:
· Own architecture, design, and development of LLD, CDD, and ECU/IO HW Abstraction layers interfacing with microcontrollers for automotive power electronics projects including inverter and converter electronic controller ECUs.
· Collaborate with systems, hardware, validation, manufacturing, test and global teams to clarify requirements, SW development, ensure seamless integration and issue resolution.
· Hands‑on technical leadership in design, coding, reviews, debugging, and root‑cause analysis
· Ensure compliance with AUTOSAR, MISRA‑C, ASPICE, ASIL and quality standards.
· Support HIL/component/bench testing and deliver high‑quality software under tight timelines.
