About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
In this role, you'll collaborate with clients, Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery of our AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and client requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs),



Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
- Act as the primary bridge between clients, Product, Engineering, and QA teams.
- Conduct requirement analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are delivered accurately.
- Create workflow diagrams, wireframes, and requirement traceability documents.
- Support Product Managers in backlog prioritization and feature planning.
- Analyze customer feedback and product usage to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare documentation and training materials for internal teams and clients.
- Participate in client meetings to understand business challenges and define effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT or Product-based company.
