Role Overview

We are looking for an
experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive
new business opportunities across staffing, recruitment services, Informatica
solutions and Data Analytics services.

The ideal candidate
should have strong experience in staffing sales, recruitment sales and business
development, with the ability to acquire new clients, generate fresh
requirements and build long-term relationships with enterprise customers.

The person will be
responsible for developing new accounts, selling staffing and consulting
services, and creating business opportunities in areas such as Informatica,
Master Data Management, Data Integration, Data Governance, Cloud Data Platforms
and Data Analytics.

Key
Responsibilities

New Business
Development




- Identify and acquire new clients for
staffing, recruitment and technology consulting services.
- Generate fresh business opportunities
through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking,
referrals and industry events.
- Build a strong sales pipeline across
India, the US or other assigned markets.
- Connect with decision-makers such as CIOs,
CTOs, Data Leaders, Procurement Heads, HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition
Heads and Hiring Managers.
- Understand prospective clients’ hiring,
consulting and technology requirements.
- Develop account-specific sales strategies
to convert prospects into active clients.

Staffing and
Recruitment Sales
- Sell contract staffing, permanent hiring,
contract-to-hire and project-based recruitment services.
- Generate new job requirements from direct
clients, system integrators and implementation partners.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to
ensure timely fulfil
