Job Description Summary
- The Senior Manager, Communications & Change Management leads strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change initiatives that enable successful adoption of digital transformation programs across the India Southwest Asia (INSWA), Japan & South Korea (JSK), and Greater China & Mongolia (GCM) regions. This role serves as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, Product teams, HR, and Global Digital Services,



ensuring transformation initiatives are effectively communicated, understood, and embedded within business operations and culture.
- The Senior Manager develops and drives integrated communication and change strategies that support enterprise transformation, strengthen organizational readiness, and accelerate adoption of new technologies, data capabilities, and ways of working across diverse regional environments. This role also helps align transformation priorities across multiple stakeholder groups while fostering engagement, collaboration, and capability development.
