We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Innovation and Development team at American Express Global Business Travel. In this role, you will lead data-driven initiatives, architect scalable data solutions, and mentor junior team members while leveraging cutting-edge analytics technologies.

What You’ll Do
- Design and implement robust data architectures that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
- Support the development and optimization of data processing pipelines using industry-standard tools
- Champion data quality, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies across all analytics projects
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders




- Liaise with technical product manager to help manage prioritization of items in product backlog for ongoing sprints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver analytical solutions
- Mentor and manage junior data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics
- Create and maintain data dictionaries and documentation on architectural designs, process flows & methodologies

What we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of skilled experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
- Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in creating data architecture designs and implementation
- Advanced proficiency with data processing technologies such as Alteryx and Knime. Strong experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or similar tools
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex query developm
