Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to E-surveillance & IOT alerts .
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints timely.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Taking prompt action on customer query & the incidents as per standard process.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints as per standard process
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure to follow all compliances related to work flow.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.




- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements :
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate or any certification related to technical field
- Good communication skills - English and Hindi is MUST (Tamil will be added advantage)
- Experience in E-survilance & IOT or ATM monitoring will add more value.
- Understanding of various MS & Vendors operations , ATM & recyclers error codes will be added advantage .
- Ready to work in shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night incl. Weekends)
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Valuable organizational skills and able to work well independently and within the team
- Should be able to interact with Bank’s and service providers .
- Analytical skills on chronical events .
