Salesforce Service Team
Job Summary :
The Salesforce Senior Developer will serve as a key technical contributor on the Salesforce Service Team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support Cencora's service operations. This role requires deep expertise in the Salesforce platform and a solid ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, architects, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, enterprise environment and is passionate about leveraging Salesforce technology to drive business value.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, test,
and deploy robust Salesforce solutions including custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs
- Lead and contribute to end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, and CTI integrations
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance limits
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production defects and technical issues in a timely manner
