This role focuses on leveraging Python-based AI capabilities to transform business processes, with emphasis on collaboration across business and technical teams, staying current with industry advances, and guiding strategic technology adoption to drive organizational growth.
Software Requirements
Required Skills
- In-depth understanding of various technologies and software systems
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure
- Knowledge of database management systems and data structures
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI and data pipeline ecosystems (positive to have)
- Experience with enterprise-grade security and compliance considerations
Overall Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Drive technology initiatives and ensure successful delivery of projects
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements and turn them into technology solutions
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with overall business strategy
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Databases/Data Management
- Essential: Knowledge of database management systems and data structures
- Preferred: Data modeling concepts, data pipelines, ORM concepts
