About the Role

The Associate Consultant is an early-career consulting
professional responsible for supporting digital transformation and AI-enabled
initiatives through business analysis, project execution, and continuous
learning. Working under the guidance of Consultants, Senior Consultants, and
Principal Consultants, the Associate Consultant contributes to project delivery
by gathering requirements, documenting business processes, performing analysis,
coordinating project activities, and supporting implementation.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop techno-functional
consulting skills while gaining exposure to enterprise technologies, AI,
analytics, Agile delivery, and client engagement. The ideal candidate is
analytical, curious, team-oriented, and eager to learn emerging technologies
and consulting methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery Support

· Support Consultants in delivering digital
transformation and AI-enabled initiatives across the Software Development Life
Cycle (SDLC).

· Assist in executing project activities including




requirement gathering, documentation, testing, implementation, and post-go-live
support.

· Track assigned tasks, project milestones, action
items, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily
stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to
support successful project execution.

Business Analysis & Documentation

· Gather and document business requirements
through stakeholder discussions and workshops.

· Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs),
Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process maps, meeting
minutes, and other project documentation.

· Analyze business processes and identify
opportunities for process improvement and automation.

· Support solution walkthroughs, requirement
validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
