Position Overview
The Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and strengthen the company's digital presence. This role will lead day-to-day marketing activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee campaign execution, mentor junior team members,



and support the organization's overall marketing strategy while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop high-quality marketing content and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key marketing metrics, and present actionable insights to improve ROI.
