As a Senior Software Engineer, you will create, build, and support global applications for the D365 ERP Sales & Marketing (Quote to Cash) Team, that will help to drive New Balance to be a Top 3 Global Athletic Brand. This will be accomplished through the development, planning and implementation of strategic and responsive technical initiatives that support consistent business growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand equity and reputation.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Dynamic 365 Finance and Operations - focus on Sales & Marketing preferred.




- Assist the core ERP team to develop the right scenarios and features to address Enterprise needs across all channels
- Work closely with business and/or IT management to define business requirements for new business needs. Model business and systems processes based on findings through use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and data models.
- Document the company’s existing application systems architecture and technology portfolio; make recommendations for improvements and/or alternatives.
- Lead and Perform analysis, design, and software development for assigned project and maintenance requests. Ensure high quality and scalable technical solutions are implemented. Design and implement strategic goals for maintaining applications.
