We are seeking an experienced Senior Archer Developer with strong hands-on expertise across the RSA Archer platform. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Archer configurations, customizations, integrations, and Next Gen UI capabilities. This role requires close collaboration with business, risk, compliance,
and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality GRC solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain RSA Archer applications including core and custom use cases.
- Perform end-to-end Archer configurations, including:
- Fields, records, workflows, questionnaires, notifications, calculations, data feeds, and reports.
- Develop and support Custom Objects and complex data models within Archer.
- Build and maintain Archer API–based integrations with internal and external systems.
- Work extensively with Archer Next Generation UI, leveraging its features for improved usability and performance.
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Archer-related issues across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
- Collaborate with risk, audit, compliance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow Archer best practices, security stand
