About This Role:

We’re looking for a full time Senior Compensation Analyst to join our People team, reporting to the Strategic Total Rewards Partner. This role is a hybrid role based out of Hyderabad, India.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent by supporting the design, analysis, and administration of competitive and equitable compensation programs, with a primary focus on the India market.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct compensation analyses and benchmarking using survey data to assess market competitiveness for India-based roles.
- Track emerging compensation and benefits trends, statutory updates, and competitive practices across the India market to support data-driven program decisions.
- Support the development and maintenance of salary structures, pay bands, and job leveling frameworks.
- Assist with annual compensation cycles, including merit, promotion, and salary review processes, ensuring data integrity and timely execution.
