Workday HCM Functional Consultant – Roles & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday HCM implementations and enhancements.
- Configure and maintain Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules based on business requirements.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and recommend Workday best practices.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
