About the Role:

We're hiring a Team Lead for our 1Network team As part of our B2B onboarding function, you'll lead a team of 3-4 Operations Associates responsible for onboarding professionals such as doctors, architects, interior designers, teachers, and administrators. In this role, you'll own end-to-end delivery of B2B projects ensuring your team onboards the right professionals in line with client requirements and within timelines while also driving team performance, process quality, and client-facing accountability.

Key responsibilities:

Leading, mentoring, and managing day-to-day performance of a team of 3-4 Operations Associates, including task allocation, coaching on outreach/screening technique, and performance reviews

Owning end-to-end delivery accountability for multiple concurrent B2B projects ensuring the team's onboarding activity translates into on-time, on-scope project execution

Planning team bandwidth and prioritization across projects based on client deadlines, project complexity, and respondent volume requirements

Training and onboarding new team members on outreach methodology, screening criteria, and client engagement standards

Understanding project scope directly with internal stakeholders and clients, then translating this into transparent briefs and screening criteria for the team to execute against

Acting as the primary escalation point for respondent, dealer/distributor, or client issues that the team cannot resolve independently driving these to closure with the right internal teams

Reviewing and quality-checking the team's screener compliance, call quality, and respondent vetting before onboarding is finalized

Reporting project status, pipeline health, and risk areas to internal leadership and, where required, directly to clients

Identifying relevant industry stakeholders (dealers, distributors, retailers, doctors, channel partners, B2B respondents) via LinkedIn, Naukri, industry databases, and profe
