Position Overview and Objective

The Quality Engineer will contribute to our Engineering department by ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of Arctic Wolf products through effective test strategy, automation, and validation.



This role will collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences, drive automation initiatives, and support continuous improvements across the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities

As a Quality Engineer at Arctic Wolf, you will:
- Design and execute test strategies to validate product functionality, reliability, and quality.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test execution results using XRAY.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify quality risks, refine requirements, and ensure appropriate test coverage throughout the development lifecycle.
- Perform end-to-end functional testing for new features and releases.
- Investigate, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to drive timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain automated tests for web applications, APIs, and cloud-based services.
