Job Title: Asst Manager/Manager – Movie Associations & Co-Branded Advertising
Location: Chandigarh, Punjab (willingness to travel to key cities of Punjab to pitch proposition)

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Media sales professional to lead movie partnerships and innovative co-branded advertising initiatives. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic partnerships with film productions and brands to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement, while supporting and complementing cinema advertising efforts across screen networks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Movie Associations & Partnerships
–Identify upcoming films, OTT releases, and entertainment properties aligned with brand objectives
–Build and maintain relationships with film producers & advertisers
–Conceptualize and execute brand integrations within movies (product placements, collab integrations, etc.)
–Evaluate scripts and opportunities for brand fit and movie relevance
2. Co-Branded Campaign Development
–Develop innovative co-branded opportunities for advertisers/brands
–Collaborate with internal creative, digital, teams to execute campaigns
–Drive innovative digital marketing/sales opportunities which includes movie trailers, teaser’s, Songs, OTT channels, etc
–Ensure seamless brand storytelling across platforms
3. Negotiation & Deal Structuring
–Discuss commercial negotiations with Production House’s and advertisers/brands
–Structure win-win partnerships ensuring ROI and brand visibility
–Manage contracts, deliverables, and compliance
4. Campaign Execution & Monitoring
–Oversee end-to-end execution of partnerships
–Track campaign deliverable’s as committed by PH & Brands
5. Innovation & Trend Spotting
–Stay updated on upcoming movies, advertising, and pop culture trends
–Bring fresh ideas for branded content
–Explore recent formats such as OTT integrations, co-branded collab, in movie integrations, etc
