Job Overview

The Operations Manager oversees brokerage functions across one or multiple teams. These operations teams support accurate movement, reporting, and management of client assets. This position leads a team responsible for Clearing operations and/or client facing operations. The manager plays a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying performance trends to enhance efficiency and service quality.
In addition to daily operations oversight, this role focuses on people management,



project execution, and cross-functional coordination. The manager supervises a team of 15-20, providing coaching and fostering professional development in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The role partners closely with onshore teams to ensure consistent execution, knowledge transfer, and alignment of processes. Success in this role requires solid leadership, decisive decision making, and a commitment to collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Hire and manage a team, providing direction, coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to drive performance and engagement
- Structure: Ensure adherence to Lean Management practices, including daily huddles, standard work, and continuous improvement routines
