About the role
A good event feels simple to the people in the room because someone planned every detail behind it. That is this role. You will plan and run our event operations from start to finish, and you will care for the experience of sponsors, guests, and delegates at every step. You keep the many moving parts in order and you stay steady when things get busy.

What you will do
• Plan and run event operations from start to finish.




• Build a clear plan for each event: a timeline, a run sheet, and a list of who owns what and by when.
• Track progress and sort out blockers early.
• Care for the experience of sponsors, guests, and delegates at every step.
• Coordinate vendors, freelancers, and partner agencies so everything comes together on time.
• A lot of the work gets done through other people, so you make sure it gets done well and to standard.
• Work closely with the sales, sponsorship, marketing, and content teams so hand-offs are clean and nothing gets missed between people.
• Our guests and speakers are spread across many countries, so be ready for the odd evening call with sponsors or partners in other time zones when an event is close.
• Keep delivery on standard, so what we promise is what people get.
• Use AI tools to reduce busywork so you can spend more time on the experience.
