Ideal candidate persona -
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Oracle Retail Application database, Application technical configuration exposure.
Strong Oracle technology stack experience and development skills with respect to Oracle Retail Suite and a track record of success collaborating across a large IT enterprise.
What you will do
Xstore Application engineering part of Store Engineering team plays mission critical role in maintaining the Oracle Xstore, Retail and Merchandise environments across our rapidly growing North American, Canadian and Europe divisions.
As a staff engineer you will design, develop and deploy Xstore environments, and provide Xstore engineering expertise for prod support issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a member of the Stores Application Engineering team, develop robust, meaningful relationships throughout the Product ARTs and TJX IT shared serves
- Own and drive configuration, development and implementation of Xstore POS work as needed
- Demonstrated effectiveness working both independently and within cross functional project teams tha
